Who this is built for

Two people book this assessment.

The one who has done everything right and still does not feel well

Fatigue, brain fog, hormonal shifts, gut issues, stubborn weight, sleep that does not restore. You have seen provider after provider. You have been handed prescriptions, or told your labs are normal. You still do not feel better.

The one who already feels good and intends to stay that way

You are not waiting for symptoms to appear. You are high-performing and deliberate, and you want to know exactly what is happening inside your body so you can optimize for performance, longevity, recovery, and mental sharpness.

If either one sounds like you, you are in the right place.

How your labs are read

Same number. Two very different conclusions.

Standard ranges were designed to flag disease, not to identify dysfunction or guide optimization. They are wide on purpose. They catch what is broken and miss almost everything else.

I read your bloodwork through a tighter, evidence-based lens called optimal ranges, pulled from peer-reviewed research on what is actually associated with vitality, longevity, hormonal balance, metabolic health, and cognitive function. It is the difference between asking "is anything wrong?" and asking "is everything working the way it is supposed to?"

Marker Standard range Optimal range
TSH Up to 4.5 mIU/L is "normal" 1.0 – 2.0 supports thyroid function
Ferritin Above 11 ng/mL is "normal" 70 – 150 supports energy and hair growth
Vitamin D Above 30 ng/mL is "sufficient" 50 – 80 supports immunity, mood, heart health

Being told your labs are "normal" is not the same as being told they are optimal.

What is included

A deeper look than you have ever had.

This is not a routine workup. It is a structured, in-depth look at your biology, designed to tell you exactly where you are and what your body needs.

  • Advanced 90+ biomarker panel covering hormones, thyroid, metabolic health, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, and nutrient status.
  • Complete health history and symptom intake, reviewed personally before we meet.
  • A 90-minute one-to-one consultation with Rebecca, MSN, APRN, FNP‑C.
  • Functional analysis of your labs through optimal ranges, not standard ones.
  • Pattern recognition across systems to identify root-cause connections.
  • A clear written summary of findings, your priority areas, and the specific action steps to take next.
  • Every part of it read and written by me. Your bloodwork is interpreted by a clinician who has spoken with you, not run through software that prints a template.
  • An honest conversation about what continued care could look like, and whether it is right for you.
How it works

Three steps, about two weeks.

01

Reserve your spot

You receive a welcome email with your intake forms and lab requisition. Draws are done at a local lab convenient to you. Most bloodwork is back within 7 to 10 days.

02

Behind-the-scenes analysis

I read your full health history alongside your labs myself, looking for patterns across systems rather than isolated values. No algorithm, no generated report. This is the work most providers never do.

03

Your 90-minute one‑to‑one

We walk through everything over secure telehealth. What your numbers mean, what patterns I am seeing, and what the hidden connections are. You leave with real clarity.

What comes after

Your assessment is the beginning, not the end.

The Comprehensive Health Assessment gives you the picture. The Vitality Code is where ongoing care, personalized protocols, advanced therapeutics, and one-to-one support live. It is my signature six-month program, built around three phases: Decode, Optimize, and Evolve.

After your assessment, if it feels like the right fit for both of us, we will talk about what enrolling looks like.

There is zero pressure. Some clients take the assessment for clarity and stop there. Others use it as the gateway into the program. Both are valid. Both are welcome.

Questions you might be asking

The things people want to know before they book.

My labs have always come back normal. Is this still for me?

Especially for you. The assessment looks at biomarkers most standard panels never include, and reads the markers you do have through optimal ranges. Clients routinely leave with answers they could not get anywhere else.

What if my labs have been abnormal but I still don't feel better?

This is exactly the work I do. Many clients arrive with diagnoses, prescriptions, or flagged labs that have been treated without resolution. We go upstream from the diagnosis to what is actually driving how you feel.

Do I need to be sick or symptomatic for this to be valuable?

No. Many clients feel good and want to know exactly what is happening inside their body so they can optimize performance, recovery, and longevity. It is just as useful for peak performance as it is for answers.

Is any of this automated?

No. Your bloodwork is interpreted by me, and your written summary is written by me, after I have reviewed your full history and spoken with you. Nothing is run through a lab-report generator and handed over.

Does insurance cover any of this?

The assessment fee is not covered by insurance, but it is HSA and FSA eligible.

What happens if we discover something serious?

If your labs reveal something that requires conventional medical workup, I will tell you directly and help you understand the right next step. I work alongside conventional medicine, not against it.

Am I committing to a long-term program by booking?

Not at all. The assessment stands on its own. Continuing into The Vitality Code afterward is a separate decision, made together.

You Deserve to Know What Is Actually Happening Inside Your Body.

Whether something has felt off for too long, or you are ready to optimize what is already working, this is where we begin. One assessment. Real clarity. Built around your biology.
