The Assessment tells you what is happening. This is where we change it.
A six-month program for people who have their answers and now want someone to walk the whole way with them. Three phases, ongoing one‑to‑one care, and protocols built for your biology rather than for a category.
Every program begins there. The reason is in the last section of this page.
We turn your results into a plan: what to address first, what can wait, and why. You stop guessing about sequence as well as cause.
We implement, adjust, and retest. This is the stretch where the change actually happens, and where having someone watching matters most.
We make it durable. The goal is that you leave able to run this yourself, not dependent on me to keep it going.
This is the next step, not the first one.
- You have done the Comprehensive Health Assessment. You know what is going on. What you want now is someone to do something about it alongside you.
- You are done with protocols you have to interpret on your own, and appointments that end before your questions do.
- You want a plan that gets adjusted as your body responds, rather than handed to you once and left to go stale.
- You are prepared to give it six months, because that is roughly how long real change takes to show up in bloodwork.
Three phases, in the order that actually works.
Decode
We go through your bloodwork and your history together and build the plan from it: the root causes worth addressing, the order to address them in, and what we expect to see change.
Most people have never been told what to do first. That is most of what makes the next five months work.
Optimize
We put the plan into practice and keep adjusting it. Protocols are personalized, changed as you respond, and retested rather than assumed.
This is the phase people try to do alone and usually abandon, because without someone reading the response it is impossible to tell what is working.
Evolve
We make the gains hold. What stays, what comes out, what you watch for, and how to recognize early that something is drifting.
You should finish this program understanding your own body well enough not to need me on retainer.
The program is the same. How much of me you get is the choice.
The full six months, start to finish.
All three phases, ongoing one-to-one care, personalized protocols, and retesting to confirm what is actually working rather than assuming it.
Everything in Foundational, with more of me.
A higher level of access and support throughout the six months, for people who want the closest version of this work.
Six months, month by month.
- Entirely telehealth, so where you live does not decide who you get to work with.
- Billed monthly across the six months, through a secure payment processor.
- Your history, protocols, and results live together in one secure clinical platform rather than scattered across email.
- A limited number of program clients at a time. This work does not get better by running more of it at once.
What it costs
There are two levels, and which one fits depends on what your bloodwork actually shows. Quoting you a figure before I have seen it would be a guess, and guessing is the thing this practice exists to end.
So we settle it on your Assessment consultation, where you will have the number and the reasoning behind it in front of you at the same time. Nothing is asked of you before then, and nothing is expected of you afterward.
I cannot build six months of care without seeing your bloodwork.
That is not a sales step. It is the whole reason the Comprehensive Health Assessment exists.
Ninety-plus biomarkers read through optimal ranges, your full history reviewed, and 90 minutes going through what it all means. By the end of it we both know what is actually going on, and only then is it possible to say honestly whether six months of work together is the right call, and what it should consist of.
Some people take the Assessment, get their answers, and carry on from there themselves. It is built to stand alone, and it does.
What I will tell you honestly is that having the answers and acting well on them are two different things. Trial and error got me partway to feeling better and kept me guessing the entire time. What changed it was a framework, an order to work in, and knowing what to do next. That is what the six months are: the plan, the adjustments, the retesting, and someone reading your response so you are never left to interpret it on your own.
